About Jon Kabat-Zinn: Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., is a globally recognized scientist, writer, and meditation teacher dedicated to integrating mindfulness into medicine and society. He is the founder of the renowned Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
